"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” Helen Keller.
Optimism helps us to set goals, be productive, creative and focus on what is important. It is also introduces us to a healthier view on life; through another lens to acknowledge emotions such as fear, anger or disgust: emotions which go against our optimism. By noticing what we are feeling and acknowledging it, we may acknowledge any changes to our confidence and faith easier.
As humans we have up to 60,000 thoughts a day and our instincts lead us to question what we are here for, on this planet. A question that usually stimulates emotions such as fear, anger or disgust. This internal curiosity sits hand in hand with optimism. Touching on the optimistic hope and confidence, outlined by Helen, as well as the level of emotional awareness we reach, through an optimistic outlook we attain the strength to stretch out of our comfort zone, explore exciting new ideas and adventures, see the beauty in all things, be grateful, be a problem-solver and establish a strong faith regarding how possible any dream really is.
Be an optimist and create the positive environment that you can control, have the confidence and application to achieve what you desire in.
